Erie Family Health Center

Founded in 1957, Erie Family Health Center’s mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and high quality health care for those in need. Erie Family Health Center was established as a volunteer clinic by doctors from Northwestern Memorial Hospital Today, Erie serves more than 37,000 patients annually at twelve sites, including four large health centers, five school-based centers, a teen health center and two oral health centers. Their quality of care is ranked in the top 10% in the country.
