Inspiration Corporation

Inspiration Corporation provides a wide range of services to homeless and low-income residents of Chicago, focusing on raising people out of poverty with dignity. Operating facilities in Chicago’s Uptown and Woodlawn communities, the organization serves more than 3,000 people annually including the working poor, homeless, formerly incarcerated, and individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues. Their services include providing healthy meals for homeless people, placement in affordable apartments, case management and counseling. The organization also provides signature employment training and job placement program through Inspiration Corporation’s restaurant, Inspiration Kitchens, as well as partnerships with local employers.
