All grantees are asked to contact AICM by submitting a Letter
of Intent (LOI) no longer than two pages in length. This letter should describe the nature of the organizations work, the proposed
project and the amount requested. The letter should include the following
attachments:
- The most recent year’s actuals;
- The current year’s organizational budget;
- The proposed project budget, if applicable; and,
- A copy of the applicant’s tax exempt letter from the
IRS. If your organization is a 509(a)(3), please provide
documentation of this status and indicate whether it is a
Type I, Type II, or Type III.
Please include an email contact in the LOI for correspondence.
Incomplete LOI submissions (including attachments) will not
be considered.
